Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Statements AI subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next billing period.
2. Access After Cancellation
After cancellation, paid features remain available through the end of the billing period you already paid for. At the end of that period, your account may return to the free tier or lose access to paid features.
3. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period unless required by law.
We may review refund requests for exceptional cases, such as duplicate charges, erroneous charges, or other billing issues. Approval is not guaranteed and is handled case by case.
